1. Corporate Identity

BidClub.in is owned and operated by eGenAI (OPC) Private Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013.

All payments made on the Platform are contractual payments made to the Company for access to digital services.

2. Membership Fees – No Refund Policy

2.1 Nature of Membership

Membership is a paid digital access service allowing participation in time-bound auctions through allocation of virtual bidding credits.

Membership fee is:

  • Not a deposit
  • Not refundable security
  • Not product purchase
  • Not investment
  • Not lottery entry
2.2 Non-Refundable Policy

All membership fees are strictly non-refundable, including:

  • Unused credits
  • Partial usage
  • Failure to win auction
  • Account inactivity
  • Account suspension for policy violation

Once payment is processed, it cannot be reversed except where required by applicable law.

2.3 Cancellation

Membership cannot be cancelled once activated.

Validity runs for fixed duration:

  • Basic – 1 month
  • Premium – 3 months

Unused credits automatically expire.

2.4 Price Modification Clause

eGenAI (OPC) Private Limited reserves the right to:

  • Modify membership pricing
  • Change credit allocation
  • Introduce new plans
  • Withdraw existing plans

Changes apply prospectively only and do not affect active memberships.

3. Digital Bidding Credits

Each bid consumes one credit instantly.
Credits cannot be reversed or reinstated.
System logs maintained by the Company shall be final and conclusive evidence.

No refund shall be provided for:

  • Accidental bid placement
  • Connectivity issues
  • Device errors
  • User negligence

4. Product Payment Refund Policy

4.1 Auction Winning

Winning bidder must complete payment within stipulated time.

Failure may result in:

  • Cancellation of winning status
  • Re-auction of product
  • Account suspension

Used bidding credits shall not be restored.

4.2 Platform Cancellation Rights

The Company reserves the right to cancel any auction or order due to:

  • Technical error
  • Pricing error
  • Fraud detection
  • Legal compliance
  • Force majeure

If product payment was made, refund may be issued.

Membership fees and bidding credits are non-refundable.

5. Product Refund Policy

5.1 Pickup Orders (Strict Final Sale)

If customer selects pickup:

  • Product may be inspected before acceptance.
  • Once accepted, transaction becomes final and binding.

After acceptance:

No refund
No return
No exchange
No dispute regarding condition

The Company shall not entertain claims post acceptance.

5.2 Shipped Orders

Refund allowed ONLY if:

  • ✔ Product physically damaged in transit
  • ✔ Complaint submitted within 24 hours
  • ✔ Mandatory proof provided

No refund for:

  • Change of mind
  • Minor variations
  • Warranty claims
  • Usage dissatisfaction

6. Damage Claim Requirements (Mandatory)

To process damage claim:

  • Uninterrupted unboxing video required
  • Must show sealed package
  • Must clearly show shipping label
  • Must show damage clearly
  • Complaint within 24 hours of delivery timestamp

Failure to comply = automatic rejection.

7. Refund Processing

If approved:

  • Refund processed within 7–14 working days
  • Refund issued to original payment method only
  • No cash refunds

Decision of eGenAI (OPC) Private Limited shall be final.

8. Chargeback Protection Clause

If user initiates chargeback after:

  • Using membership
  • Using bidding credits
  • Receiving product

Company reserves right to:

  • Suspend account permanently
  • Recover legal costs
  • Report abuse to payment gateway
  • Initiate civil recovery proceedings
